I’m Zalán Bata, a 21-year-old guy from Hungary. I attend Budapest University of Technology as a student of mechatronics engineering… However, my heart belongs to cinematography. I have been making animations for more than 6 years. They have been selected in several youth film festivals all around Europe, and I was also the participant of IYMS in Belgrade (International Youth Media Summit) a couple of years ago.
For some time past, I have been more interested in film making, than animations, so now I make more promotional, commercial video shootings or after movies – either on my own or also as the member of the studio of my university. My future goal is to develop my hobby to a professional level and to become a full-time filmmaker. Besides my engineer and artistic face, there is also a third one: sport.
