Belgrade 2026 is not just an event. It is the start of the FUTURE.

In September 2026, Belgrade will host a gathering that marks far more than a conference. It marks a beginning. The All Digital Summit 2026 arrives at a moment when Europe is redefining what digital progress means — not only for competitiveness, but for human dignity, social cohesion, and the future of learning. As co‑host, the Media Education Centre is shaping this Summit as a turning point: a place where technology, education, and peacebuilding meet to create a new vision for our shared digital future.
For MEC, the Summit is the launch of a new wave of digital literacy and human‑centred innovation across Serbia and the Western Balkans. It is the moment when AI, virtual reality, and augmented reality stop being abstract concepts and become practical tools for education, creativity, and community wellbeing. It is where digital inclusion becomes a right, not a privilege — and where citizens, educators, youth, and institutions come together to imagine what Europe can become when technology truly serves people.
The FUTURE Movement provides the narrative backbone of this vision. Built on five pillars — Unity, Technology, Understanding, Reconciliation, and Equity — it offers a framework that connects digital transformation with the deeper human needs of our societies. These pillars guide the selection of panels, speakers, and themes, ensuring that the Summit is not only technically relevant but socially meaningful.
Through this lens, the Summit will explore how ethical AI can strengthen education, how digital wellbeing can protect mental health, how media literacy can rebuild trust, how VR and AR can support peace education, and how digital skills can empower every citizen to participate fully in modern life. It will highlight the voices of innovators, educators, youth leaders, cultural institutions, and regional partners who are already shaping the digital future of the Balkans.
We invite our entire network — schools, universities, libraries, cultural centres, NGOs, public institutions, and technology partners — to join us in Belgrade. Not as observers, but as contributors. The Summit is an opportunity to showcase your work, share your insights, and become part of a European and global conversation about the future of digital inclusion, ethical technology, and human‑centred development.
For MEC, this is the beginning of a long‑term process. The Summit is the spark that will ignite new collaborations, new educational models, new digital tools, and new regional initiatives. Together, we can ensure that the digital transformation unfolding around us becomes a force for peace, learning, creativity, and opportunity for all.
