HPV Vaccination in Today’s Information Environment: Challenges and Strategies
Every moment counts. Together, we can make a difference.

Media Education Centre, with the support of the Association for Public Health of Serbia, is proud to host an important workshop:
HPV Vaccination in Today’s Information Environment: Challenges and Strategies.”

This event aims to bring together students’ organizations and immunization experts to develop innovative approaches to increase HPV vaccination rates among young people. Why this matters:

  • 45% of youth (18–34 years old) believe they know as much as doctors after their own research.
  • Trust influences decisions: 74% of young people are affected by peers, and 45% are influenced by “influencers,” including those without medical qualifications.
  • Misinformation leads to risks: 58% regret health decisions based on false information.

University Students and Youth Organizations, join our crucial workshop to collaboratively develop innovative strategies for increasing youth vaccination rates and combating misinformation.

Together, we will analyze motivators, barriers, and communication hurdles to create effective strategies that resonate with students. Let’s harness the power of peer influence and innovative communication to protect future generations from cancer.
