The forth day and an interesting morning in our workshop. Participation. Trainers gave us the assignment to think about the character, put it in a place\/city and gets into the play. In front of us was the divided path.\u00a0On every trainer\u2019s questions (it was 20 of them ) the participant moved its own imaginary character if the answer to his question was yes. The questions were different and they were about the support of the people, discrimination, society\u2026\u00a0In the end all the participants were in a different places and trainer asked people who were in front, do they feel superior, the answers were yes.\u00a0I was leading and the answer was no. The reason is simple: questions like do you live in a house, do you have cable\u2026 \u00a0was make my lead in that scale, but one question was very important, and it was about discrimination.\u00a0Although you have everything in this world,to live in an environment which doesn\u2019t appreciate your work and which can\u2019t give you the job,made me too feel like those who were in the back \u2013 helpless.<\/p>\n

The afternoon was with “the usta” and his shadow\u00a0theater.\u00a0He made us the play which relaxed us after depressing morning. After that there were some activities which I couldn\u2019t remember. And tomorrow : Efes!<\/p>\n

Cetvrti dan i zanimljivo jutro u nasoj radionici. Participacija. Od trenera smo dobili zadatak da svako od nas osmisli karakter, smesti ga u neki prostor\/grad i uzivi se u ulogu. Ispred nas se nalazila staza koje je bila stepenasto podeljena. Na svako pitanje trenera www.massagemetro.com\/shop\/soma\/<\/a> (bilo ih je oko 20) ucesnik je pomerao svog izmisljenog karaktera duz staze, ako je odgovor na njegovo pitanje bio pozitivan. Pitanja su bila raznolika i u vecem broju su se odnosila na proveru da li ti izmisljeni karakteri imaju podrsku ostalih, da li se osecaju diskriminisano, da li ih nesto koci u drustvu itd. Na kraju, svi ucesnici su izgledali kao da su razbacani po nekom grafikonu a trener im je postavljao pitanja tipa, da li se osecate inferiorno sto se nalazite iza drugih \u2013 odgovori su se svodili na \u201cda\u201d, da li se osecate superiornije u odnosu na ostale jer ste ispred njih \u2013 odgovori su isto tako bili pozitivni.<\/p>\n

Ja sam bio u \u201cvodjstvu\u201d a odgovor je glasio ne. Razlog je bio jednostavan: neka opsta pitanja kao sto su, da li zivite u kuci, da li imate kablovsku televiziju… guraili su me u vodjstvo na toj skali, ali jedno pitanje je presudilo zasto se nisam osecao superiorno a bio sam u vodjstvu sa pozitivinim odgovorima: osetio sam se diskriminisano (pitanje). Mozete imati sve blagodeti na ovom svetu, ali ziveti u okruzenju koje ne ceni vas rad i nije u mogucnosti da vam ponudi posao, ili vas ne isplacuje koliko posao zaista vredi, naterao me je da se podjednako osecam kao osoba koja je bila na dnu skale \u2013 nemocno i potisteno.<\/p>\n

Poslepodne je proteklo uz majstora i njegovo pozoriste senki. Organizivao nam je predstavu koja nas je malo opustila nakon depresivnog prepodneva.<\/p>\n

Nakon toga usledile su aktivnosti kojih ne mogu da se setim, ali zato sutra znam za sledece: EFES!<\/p>\n
