This year, Serbia steps onto the European stage with a clear message: digital transformation must remain human-centered, ethical, and inclusive.<br><br>The Media Education Center introduces Digital GUIDE\u2014Governance, Inclusion, Universal Design, and Ethics\u2014 Serbia\u2019s new digital philosophy, a commitment to ensuring that our digital progress is not only fast but fair; not only innovative but responsible; not only competitive but caring. To shape the future we want, Serbia is embracing five essential dimensions that place people at the heart of digital transformation.<br><br>It begins with Ethics, where we shift our thinking from \u201cWhat can we build?\u201d to the more responsible question, \u201cWhat should we build?\u201d It continues with Inclusion and Democratisation, ensuring that every community \u2014 regardless of geography, age, or background \u2014 has a real voice in shaping digital change.<br><br>Strong Governance keeps this transformation transparent and participatory, inviting citizens to take part in decisions that affect their digital lives. Through Education and Training, we strengthen critical digital literacy so that people can navigate technology confidently in everyday life.
