Operating with <strong>Advisory status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC)<\/strong>, we connect cultural heritage and contemporary policy to produce scalable, measurable outcomes that directly support our priority areas: <strong>Peace, Development, and Education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our work explicitly aligns with the UN Right to Development framework and the principles articulated by the International Patriotic Pact Organization (IPPO) at the UN IPPO Forum in Geneva. IPPO\u2019s emphasis on the indivisibility of development and peace, national sovereignty, multilateral cooperation, and strengthened digital governance complements our mission: ensuring that ethical, inclusive digital transformation becomes a vehicle for equitable development, social cohesion, and lifelong learning across nations and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Role in the All Digital Summit, Belgrade, Serbia 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Centre serves as a strategic convenor and delivery partner for the All Digital Summit 2026, leveraging our <strong>UN ECOSOC Advisory status<\/strong> and active engagement with IPPO processes to amplify policy reach, attract institutional partners, and enhance partner value by linking summit outcomes to recognized UN frameworks and cross\u2011network policy platforms. Our priorities for the Summit and follow\u2011on work are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Peace<\/strong> \u2014 advancing community\u2011led peace building, cross\u2011border dialogue, and cultural memory initiatives that reduce conflict drivers and foster reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development<\/strong> \u2014 promoting the UN Right to Development through inclusive digital policies, capacity building, and pilot programs that expand economic opportunity and social resilience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong> \u2014 strengthening media and digital literacy, reskilling pathways, and lifelong learning systems that equip citizens for ethical participation in the digital age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By embedding IPPO\u2019s call to treat development and peace as indivisible, the Summit and our laboratories offer concrete pathways from dialogue to funded action. This approach enhances partner attractiveness by offering policy\u2011aligned credibility, multi\u2011network dissemination, and demonstrable routes from participation to measurable development and educational impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partnership Networks and Strategic Alliances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We convene and collaborate across key regional and international networks, including <strong>All Digital, ECFA, EAVI, International Cities of Peace, International Network of Museums for Peace, Danube for Peace,<\/strong> and <strong>Fredens Hus<\/strong> twin\u2011city and peace building partnerships. Our <strong>UN ECOSOC Advisory status<\/strong> strengthens these alliances, enabling joint programming, cross\u2011border pilots, and elevated policy visibility for partners and supporters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Seven Laboratories and Deliverables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each laboratory operates as an applied research and prototyping node supported by an expert Advisory Council and a clear pipeline from evidence to funded replication:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Media Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 media and information literacy, curricula, fact\u2011checking ecosystems, counter\u2011misinformation campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 AI literacy, data ethics, cybersecurity basics, inclusive XR experiences, and digital wellbeing measurement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peace Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 community peacebuilding, museum and memorial programs, transnational reconciliation toolkits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 digital mental health interventions, public health communications, and resilience toolkits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 inclusion models for underserved groups, participatory municipal services, and social capital measurement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environmental Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 climate communication, sustainable event standards, and citizen science pilots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economic Laboratory<\/strong> \u2014 reskilling curricula, entrepreneurship pathways, and SME\u2011focused incubation models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each lab produces pilotable interventions, evaluation briefs, and partnership\u2011ready proposals aligned to Peace, Development, and Education objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Values, Governance, and Impact Orientation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Media Education Centre adheres to a rights\u2011based, participatory governance model. We prioritize: <strong>human rights and inclusion<\/strong>, <strong>transparency and accountability<\/strong>, <strong>sustainability and social responsibility<\/strong>, <strong>non\u2011violent democratic engagement<\/strong>, and <strong>pluralism and cross\u2011cultural dialogue<\/strong>. Our impact metrics include beneficiary reach, pilot replication rate, policy citations, partner activation metrics, and demonstrable contributions to UN sustainable development goals.
