We also argue people, especially young people to show\u00a0their support on this day through raising awareness on social media. Our\u00a0hope is that people affected by stress, depression and mood disorders are\u00a0understood, supported, free from stigma, and are encouraged to access\u00a0appropriate therapies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MEDIA EDUCATION CENTRE<br \/>\nPRESS RELEASE<br \/>\nWORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY<br \/>\nDATE: 10TH OCTOBER 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.solentmind.org.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/World%20mental%20health%20rainbow.png\" alt=\"Rezultat slika za MENTAL HEALTH DAY\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mental ill health is usually caused by a combination of pressures at work\u00a0and at home. Increasing worries about debt, rising bills and job\u00a0insecurity, as the economy continues to remain depressed; many therefore\u00a0lead to a further surge in mental ill health.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every October 10, the global community recognizes World Mental Health Day\u00a0as an opportunity to highlight international outreach, education, and\u00a0advocacy efforts spent to reduce <a style=\"text-decoration:none; color: #444444;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.buyamoxil-amoxicillin.com\">buy amoxicillin<\/a> mental health stigma. The overall\u00a0objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world\u00a0and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. The Day also provides\u00a0an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to\u00a0talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental<br \/>\nhealth care a reality for people worldwide.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thepositivepsychologypeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/TPPP-World-Mental-Health-Day-Blog.jpg\" alt=\"Rezultat slika za MENTAL HEALTH DAY\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental health education,\u00a0awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in\u00a01992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global\u00a0mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150\u00a0countries.
