Kid’s Eye Art Association for children living in child care institutions
Our Association is committed to help as many children – whether living in families or in homes – as possible to express their feelings and thoughts through the medium of film. Apart from teaching kids film making skills, we organise film making groups, summer camps, as well as festivals where interested visitors can view films by children from Hungary and other countries.
Course for children and teachers
We organize filmmaking courses for children living in different children’s homes in Budapest and in the countryside. Within a framework of an accredited levaquin buy course for teachers we introduce our method to child-care experts from Hungary. Our goal is to motivate the experts to organize film-workshops in their institutes because it has not just cultural, but very significant social impacts also.

Trainings for teachers
In 2009 we developed a detailed training structure with experts. With the new methode of the trainig we held the first filmmaker-leader training for teachers. The trained teachers have their own filmmaker-workshops for now. After the course 7 new filmmaker workshop started all over in Hungary.
Festival: We’ve organized 3 editions of the Kid’s Eye Film Festival for children. 500 short movies were in competition, screenings and conference were organized.
Inside Outside Workshop
In 2013 we organised Inside-Outside Film-workshop in Budapest H?vösvölgy Children’s Home. During the workshop Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian and Polish children shot 3-5 minute-long short videos. There was a drama class, where the attendant children played the archetype story of Hansel and Gretel under the direction of a drama educator. The reason for choosing this tale is that it symbolizes with fine abstraction the difficulties of getting out of a family and the search for ourselves. After the drama class, during the screenwriting workshop the children worked freely on their screenplays based on the Hansel and Gretel story.
Kid’s Eye Filmfestival
Since 2007 we have organized Kid’s Eye Film Festivals.
The entries are in three categories and the movies made by children in Hungary and Europe.
IN 2012 there was the 4. Festival, with 120 short movies, and more that 40 donated prices.
